Just the way I love my 'begun bhaja' .... 'beguni' to be precise (brinjal slices oil fried after layering them in besan).
I do not like them deep fried.
Enjoyed munching them on 2017-02-01 during a great in-house 'adda' session, while young boys and girls enjoyed Bengali Valentine's Day (Saraswati Puja) outside.
Thank you Ajanta Biswas for ensuring these small enjoyment in life for close friends.
Rahul Sarkar, Bibhas Biswas .... have you'll forgotten the basic courtesy of saying 'Thank you' to a lady????
