My classmate from St Xavier's College, Kolkata, Bijit Ghosh Dastidar was on a vacation in Kolkata. I made it a point to visit him at his place in Park Circus on 2026-01-08 before his scheduled return to his workplace far away at Ziro, Arunachal Pradesh on 2026-01-15.
It would be unfair not to mention the yummy steaming hot peas paratha and aloo gobi sabzi Nupur made for me in less than 10 minutes 😋.
