With Ma at Behala on Ashtami (Sunday 2023-10-22) morning.
The plan is to spend entire Durga Puja 2023 with Ma starting from Saptami 2023-10-21 evening to Sunday 2023-10-29 (viz. a day after Lakhmi Puja which happens to be on 2023-10-28).
Ma (DOB: October 1939) fell at the entrance of our house in Jayasree Park and fractured her femur on 2022-11-27. Ever since the fall and subsequent surgery on 2022-11-29, Ma has become totally bedridden and can barely walk 30 steps with a walker (with support provided by us) once a day from her bedroom to the verandah and back.
