Second attempt to make yummy sandesh at home on 2022-11-02

Second attempt by Diya and Diksha in making 'sandesh' at home on Wednesday  2022-11-02. The count was 77 pieces (I might be a bit wrong). 

The earlier attempt to make a smaller batch of 26 pieces with lesser quantity of paneer and khoya was less than 15 days ago. 

The night is still young (going by my standards). It's only 11.30 pm now. By the time I hit the bed, the lure is so much that I might tuck in 2 - 3 more of these yummy 'sandesh' 😋
