French Toast (dim-pauruti) for me on 2024-12-26

Wife obliged and made French Toasts (dim-pauruti) for me for two consecutive days in a row on Thursday 2024-12-26 afternoon. 

I avoided having those with Maggi Hot and Sweet tomato sauce. A sprinkle of black pepper on top of every slice was just perfect for my taste buds. 

After a fortnight of intense cough and cold with a feverish feeling and nagging stomach cramps ever since I returned to Kolkata from Asansol, the french toasts tasted out of the world 😋😋😋 

Wifey is also battling severe cough and cold. Nevertheless, she made for me my favourite foodstuff. I just couldn't stop thanking her enough ❤

My wife made me my favourite French Toast (dim-pauruti) to relish on Christmas 2024-12-25 afternoon after a long time  😊

Returned home from a meeting arougnd 3.30 pm on 2024-12-19. I decided to shine up my 2011 make VW Vento all by myself. 

The satisfaction of DIY is hard to express in words. 

A shining car with black side walls of the tyres and of course clean mudguard core look fabulous. I have a huge fetish for black side walls and clean mudguard core!

P.S: Inspiration for today's polishing provided by Indian Roadie Tanmoy Das who was driving from Hyderabad to Krishnanagar via Narsinghpur, Agra, Jim Corbett National Park, Sitapur. At around 3.00 pm, he had stopped by at Hardoi to get his Scorrpio N a much needed wash at a roadside car washing centre. While his car was being washed he kept talking to me on the phone while I was shopping milk and bread in Salt Lake. Somewhere in the back of my mind I decided that I too will polish ny red boy after reaching home.

Short drive on 2024-12-17 to keep battery of my VW Vento charged

Cold wave in Kolkata since the past couple of days. 

Returned home after a short spin of 4.6 kms at 22:30 hrs to keep the 4 yrs old battery of my VW Vento charged. 

The day's outing for work on Tuesday 2024-12-17 at Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata was by scooter because finding a car parking space has become an almost impossible task.
